Stannah drives choice
Stannah Lifts are giving their passenger lift customers even more choice with the introduction of MRL (motor room-less) traction drive options to their standard Maxilift range.
Alastair Stannah, MD is delighted to explain:
"Our commercial product range has grown significantly during recent years, enabling us to supply MRL passenger lifts, platform lifts, goods lifts, escalators and moving walkways to a single project. Some of our customers like to have the choice between traction or hydraulic drive systems for their passenger lifts and listening to our customers is a key influencer in the continual development of our product range."

MRL traction options are also available in conjunction with a Stannah FX structure-supported Maxilift offering true flexibility for new and existing steel and timber-framed buildings.

The Stannah Group publish first CSR document
As a family-owned company for over 150 years, our commitment to conducting our affairs ethically and responsibly has been passed down by successive generations of the Stannah family – with each preserving and building on the standards and ideals of the last. As a result, it is very easy for today’s Stannah Group to recognise and embrace the essence of corporate social responsibility which is so closely aligned to our core values. These values extend to our workforce, our customers, our suppliers and the environment, as well as the communities on which our business has an impact.
